Personal experience

Some owners call themselves serving the community. My husband recently got hit by one of their employees on the phone responding to a message. My husband was polite as the employee jokingly made it seem minor that he hit us while we were sitting still. After, speaking with them they responded that we will not have any services done until Monday. So we called the owner of the company thinking he would understand that we have a 7 month old and have to work like everybody else. He responded bluntly that he wasn't going to get reimbursed for providing a rental car for us. I am just amazed at this experience. Now we are waiting until Monday after 3 to hear back from their insurance company.
